Pantouf's is open Monday through Saturday 10:00AM to 6:00PM and Sunday 12:00 to Close

If I order on line, can I pick up the merchandise at the store?
Yes! There is a "Pick up from the store location" option when you select your shipping speed. This will save you any shipping and handling charges. You will still need to enter your shipping information before you get to this option.
I only have a hard copy of the photograph? Can you use it if I bring it into the store.
Yes. We have all the equipment to scan your photograph.
If I bring a CD, DVD, flash drive or card out of my camera to the store can you access the pictures?
Yes. I have all of the most popular card readers and disk players.
I have a digital image in a format other than JPG.
I have software that can convert most image types to a format that the equipment can use.
Do I have to use FedEx to ship my product? May I choose an alternate or less expensive service like regular mail?
When ordering let me know that you would like me to ship your merchandise using an alternate method in the instructions section before selecting "Add to Cart". Make sure to select the "Pick up from the store location" option when selecting shipping speed. We will email or call you with the shipping amount.
I have a photograph from a professional photographer. May I use it to put on chocolate?
Most professional photo studios will allow us to use the picture. We will contact the studio and obtain any wavers for you. Please supply the photographers contact information if you think that this may be an issue.
Can I simply email you my order?
Yes. Be sure to include your order information.
Are my photos and personal information kept private?
Yes. You have all rights to your photos and images. Pantoufs does not use images for display or advertising without your permission. No photographs are used, copied or shared for any reason except on the products you are ordering.
What is the quality of the image on chocolate.
The equipment prints at 600x600 resolution.
